RESIDENTIAL
Moving art for homes where the screen is part of the interior.
AETHER brings slow, hand-coded moving art into private residences, penthouses and high-end amenity spaces where digital display is integrated into the architecture.
AETHER / ARCHITECTURAL CONTEXT
In a residential interior, a screen occupies the room for far longer than most commercial displays. When it is not being used for television or information, it can become a digital canvas. AETHER works are suited to this quieter role: seamless movement, long-viewing comfort and a strong sense of authorship allow the display to function as part of the home's art environment.
Designed to live with the room
Residential moving art should not feel like a screensaver. AETHER works are composed with enough visual depth to reward repeated viewing but with motion slow enough to sit comfortably alongside furniture, material, daylight and evening lighting. Selected works can be chosen around the palette and mood of a room rather than around entertainment content.
For integrated screens and digital canvases
The collection can be used on dedicated art displays, large-format televisions, portrait screens and integrated wall installations. Depending on the artwork, landscape, portrait and square versions can be supplied. Where a residence has multiple screens, licensing and curation can be coordinated across different spaces.
Artistic provenance without generative AI
Each AETHER work is developed through hand-coded visual systems by Philippe Ceulemans. The works do not use generative AI in their creation. This gives private clients and designers a clear authorship story while retaining the flexibility and quiet movement that make digital art distinctive in a residential setting.
